Welcome to PK HOMECARE & MANPOWER SERVICES. By using our website and services (including home care, domestic staff, ambulance service, and medical equipment rental), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Eligibility
- Clients must be 18 years or older to book services from our platform.
- All information provided during booking must be accurate and up to date.
2. Scope of Services
We provide trained staff and equipment for:
- Home patient care (nurses, caregivers, attendants)
- Domestic staff (maids, cooks, drivers, babysitters)
- Ambulance service (non-emergency and emergency)
- Medical equipment rental (patient beds, wheelchairs, oxygen cylinders, etc.)
3. Booking & Payment
- Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or our website.
- Advance payment may be required for confirmation of some services.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice depending on market or availability.
4. Staff Deployment
- We strive to provide experienced and verified staff based on your requirements.
- Staff can be replaced on request within 1 day in case of issues.
- The client is responsible for providing a safe working environment for staff.
5. Equipment Rental Terms
- All rented medical equipment must be returned in proper condition.
- Damage to equipment will be charged according to repair or replacement cost.
- Delivery charges may apply based on location and urgency.
6. Cancellation & Refund
- Service cancellation should be informed at least 24 hours in advance.
- Advance payments are refundable only if cancellation is done before staff dispatch or equipment delivery.
- Medicine once sold is non-refundable but can be exchanged within 24 hours (unopened).
7. Code of Conduct
- Both clients and staff are expected to treat each other respectfully and professionally.
- Abuse, harassment, or violation of terms may lead to cancellation of service without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
- Staff are screened, but the client is also advised to remain observant during service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the new terms.
